OGResearch's Managing Partner, David Vávra, participated in the Monetary Policy Dialogue 2026 organized by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, bringing together leading international experts from central banks, academia, and research institutions.
The discussions focused on strengthening research capacity within central banks, promoting evidence-based policymaking, and expanding cooperation with the international academic community. Participants exchanged views on institutional approaches to research, partnerships with universities, visiting scholar programmes, and the role of modern data infrastructure in supporting monetary policy analysis.
David Vávra has maintained a long-standing partnership with the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, advising the institution on its development across several areas. His participation in the dialogue reflected OGResearch's continued commitment to supporting central banks through applied research, technical expertise, and international knowledge sharing.
